Zicasso’s travel specialists were excellent to work with, as we adjusted our itinerary many times from initial contact to the time of travel. Our travel party significantly reduced in number and they worked with us to put together a great tour of Scotland (Edinburgh, including the castle, Royal Holyrood Palace, and a day trip to Stirling Castle with a great chauffeur/guide) and Ireland, arranging our flight to Dublin with transportation to Galway, then return via train for activities in Dublin. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend the travel company.

Zicasso’s travel agents were fantastic and really took the stress and difficulty out of the experience. We adored Scotland and it served as the most memorable part of our trip. Edinburgh and Loch Lomond made special memories for us.

All of the guides and drivers were excellent and so friendly and kind. Scotland is beautiful and we want to return, especially to the Isle of Skye, and stay in one, maybe two places only.

The trip was perfectly planned and it hit virtually every highlight we hoped for and then some! Zicasso's travel specialists were awesome, understood what we were looking for from day one, and simply couldn't have put together a better itinerary!
The route itself was lovely, with just enough time at each stop. The hotels were a good mix of upscale and a few luxury stays. The activities, such as the boat tour to the Isle of Raasay and the one on Loch Ness to Urquhart Castle, were not things we would have thought to plan, but were fun and interesting, as were the reindeer center and the Highlands safari.
The travel specialists were extremely responsive when I had a question and they had a great deal of patience with me, as I had many questions! This trip had been #1 on my bucket list for many years and my adult daughter and I had such an incredible time! Thank you!

Zicasso’s travel company was easy to work with and responded to questions and requests quickly. We were satisfied with the trip plan, but based on our experiences during the trip, we felt that they didn't have the deep, insider knowledge of all the hotels and towns that we had expected.
Most arrangements and experiences were wonderful, such as two of the three hotels, transfer drivers from the airport and from Inverness, our driver-guide on Lewis, and we appreciated having pre-booked trains. A few things kept it from being five stars.
1. We were assured that one hotel had guest laundry facilities, but it did not and had not had guest laundry ever. On a long trip, we need to do some laundry and resent having to spend our precious vacation time sitting at a laundromat doing laundry.
2. Visit the recommended hotels so that customers can stay in hotels that meet their expectations.
3. Offer to book reserved seats on trains, especially those that may be overbooked.
4. Book transportation from the train to hotels in all towns, (unless the hotel is a short walk and obvious to find).

This was a last-minute trip. I believe I contacted our Zicasso travel company six weeks out and, thankfully, they jumped on it and presented a plan that fulfilled everything we asked for. On such short notice, it was appreciated.
It was our first time in Scotland and our agents did a great job giving us a sampling of all the different areas in Scotland. Our drivers were very good, especially one who had an incredible depth of knowledge of Scotland's past and present. We learned so much and experienced the incredible beauty that is Scotland.
While traveling, we had a few questions and the travel company was quick to help, which was very reassuring.
