Everything worked out perfectly, from our first contact with Zicasso, through the planning process with Zicasso’s tour operator (our travel agent was the best!), and onto the trip itself.
We liked the process, the ability to work with a specialist with our wants, concerns, and needs, as well as the actual itinerary and follow-through on the ground. The concierge at each location (Rome and Sicily), as well as the use of WhatsApp, was a great thing to have. Not that we had any issues, but the availability was very comforting.
The guides used were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and very personable. The drivers were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The accommodations picked were what we wanted, in the middle of things and perfect for our needs. I would just add that explaining the differences within the accommodations on room types would have been helpful. I would have probably gone with a bigger room in Ortigia if we'd been aware of the differences. We did know European rooms were smaller than what we're used to here in the States, but there was little light in the room we had and it was very small. We loved our accommodations in Agrigento and the hotel in Taormina!!!
All in all, we can't say enough; we've been telling our friends all about Zicasso and our travel agency. We would definitely use you again.

The hotels were in great locations within the city to be able to walk and see all the sites. The drivers we had were very professional and courteous. I would have liked to have a better platform to track the trip and the destinations. I have used a trip plans app before and it’s easy to use. I felt like the communication with our travel guide was minimal, but our overall trip was beautiful and memorable, and we will definitely be traveling again soon.

The entire experience was well planned, communicated, and executed. Zicasso's travel agent listened closely and drafted an itinerary that reflected our requests. The concierge was very attentive, from when we first landed until our flight out. She reached out daily to check our status and ensure we were aware of the next day’s details. Having her meet us and walk us through the first train journey was especially helpful.
Key highlights of the trip for us were the two separate trips to local farms and our tour of Pompeii.
I would highly recommend Zicasso’s travel agent and their team!

This trip to Italy was a honeymoon trip for me and my husband. We had an amazing time and a wonderful experience with Zicasso's travel company! The planning phase was personalized and easy, and respected our budget. We went to Florence, Rome, Venice, and Sorrento over the course of two weeks. Every hotel was top-notch, the excursions were private, and the people we met were exceptionally kind and professional.
