Zicasso’s travel specialist (and our guide) were great partners in planning, adjusting, communicating, and following up on our trip to Chile/Patagonia. We discussed itinerary and cost options early on and actually made a few adjustments along the way (including a change of hotels and activities)—but all easy.
The travel specialist was very available and helped with confirming transportation, timing and helped us when there was a significant issue at our hotel in Santiago (no water/hot water for a full day!).

We were totally thrilled with almost every aspect of our trip, especially the wonderful follow-up and communication during our trip. All the accommodations were excellent! Transfers and flights were perfect and easy. I would say the guide in Santiago was fair. He was lovely but really didn't show us much. Other friends who happened to be in Santiago saw and did a lot more.
