It was a seamless trip to Patagonia. All pick-ups, transfers, tickets, and excursions were put together and executed flawlessly!

Zicasso’s travel agency put together an incredible trip experience for us. It was truly collaborative, melding their ideas with our own, and it came together beautifully. There was a small smattering of activities and hotels that we didn’t love, but overall, we were very happy. And their customer service, with a dedicated trip concierge who checked in on us daily, went above and beyond what most agencies provide.

Working with Zicasso’s travel specialist, we put together a comprehensive trip over a brief 12-day period, which was executed nearly flawlessly by the travel company and its affiliated local tour providers.

The trip was amazing. Everything we expected of Patagonia! Ice, ice, and more ice. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job organizing the trip based on our desires. We hit all the highlights for sure and hiked and hiked.

The only hiccup with the travel arrangements was one driver not showing up for delivery of us to the airport for an early-morning flight. It was a scramble, but we made it.

We recently completed an amazing trip to Antarctica and Chile Patagonia, planned by Zicasso’s travel company. Our travel specialist did an incredible job working with us to plan a trip of a lifetime!! He listened and supported our requirements, did all the detailed planning, and provided fantastic support throughout the journey.

We flew to King George Island and boarded an expedition cruise along the Antarctica Peninsula. The excursions, food, service, and all accommodations were phenomenal!! The wildlife and scenic experiences were like no other. Our stay at our hotel in Chile Patagonia was one of the best EVER! We had a delay due to weather when disembarking the cruise portion of the trip and he handled it with aplomb by rebooking driver transports and hotel accommodations.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and our guide took great care of us. We were two friends traveling through Chile and everything was managed with professionalism and thoughtful consideration. We had great hotels, great excursions, and on-time transfers booked. Everything ran smoothly, and when we had some travel delays, everything was taken care of for us.
