Zicasso's travel specialist did an amazing job! She planned our itinerary well, based on our interests, the cities we wanted to visit, and the experiences we requested. All of the accommodations and transportation worked out well, and we enjoyed the trip a lot!
The only downside was one night with a late-night tour scheduled, followed by an early-morning hot-air balloon ride, which was hard to get up for in time, but we managed. Despite this, we would definitely recommend our travel company to anyone traveling to Spain!

We had an amazing experience with Zicasso's travel agency. Our trip coordinator helped us plan every last detail of our trip and it was perfect! She was incredibly responsive and even checked in while we were on the trip to make sure things ran smoothly. I can't recommend her enough!

The trip itinerary and guides provided in Barcelona, Porto, the Duoro Valley, and Madrid were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and spoke excellent English.
Most of the drivers were very good, but we were surprised that some of them did not provide bottled water for half-day tours (we had to ask and stop to buy it). This was a minor nuisance, but given the price of tours and previous experiences, a simple expectation, as well as having the car cooled down and AC on during hot days when being picked up.
The tour manager did an outstanding job overall, but could have improved on some specific requests that seemed to be either forgotten or missed regarding an electric scooter/wheelchair we rented that caused some issues during pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise, working with her was a very good experience.

I received excellent planning and follow-up. I am extremely happy with the service of Zicasso's trip planner. She has gone out of her way to help me with a problem as I left Spain. I also especially liked the app. It was wonderful to have everything in one place. I loved all the ideas for things to do with the detailed information.

From the first proposal, I could see this Zicasso tour agent listened and would give us the trip we were looking for. She exceeded our expectations. Our hotels and one apartment were perfect for my 23-year-old daughter, my wife, and me. The three tours we booked were all guided by friendly experts in the areas we visited. It was just a great vacation.
