Overall, things went very smoothly. At one hotel, our reservation was for last year. The guide didn't know about going to the bullring, but she was able to get tickets.
All of the drivers were on time and got us to our destinations.
Everyone at the hotels was very helpful.
The train had been changed for one of our tickets, but they were able to find our new seat numbers. I guess I was supposed to have received an email about it.
I want to thank you for helping plan our trip.

The trip was great — six cities in 15 days. Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. She tried hard to adhere to our budget wishes when planning the trip and was there if we needed her while traveling. The excursions we booked were good as well. Hotels chosen were also well done. Overall, if traveling in this region again, we will work with them.
