Today, you will explore Lima's downtown and immerse yourself in the local history and culture. First, you will make your way along the coastline, where Pacific Ocean waters sparkle and locals gather. You will stroll through picturesque parks, such as the Parque del Amor. Then, you will be able to stroll down the city’s cobbled streets as your guide points out some of the key features of Spanish architecture and Inca design. In the afternoon, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in an authentic ceviche cooking class alongside a Michelin-starred chef.

Today, you will witness the city from an entirely new perspective as you venture to the charming Barranco District. Then, in the evening, you will sample some of the region's most prized variations of pisco sour from a unique vantage point. In the morning hours, you will meet your guide in a grassy plaza beside the pristine shoreline to begin your tour. You will follow your guide and become lost in the wonder and whimsy of the Barranco District, where street art abounds from every corner against muted brick streets. Later, you will return to downtown Lima, where you will indulge in a pisco sour course with an expert.

Today, you will set sail and explore Peru's indigenous wildlife during a luxurious cruise of the Islas Ballestas. You will depart from Lima in the morning as the sun rises over the glistening ocean water. Soon, you will arrive in the city of Paracas, where a cool ocean breeze will waft through the downtown area. Here, you will join your expert guide and set off on a luxurious cruise to the Islas Ballestas. In the evening, you will return to shore and enjoy a lovely beachside dinner in the town of Paracas.
