It was amazing. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned the whole thing for us. It was absolutely seamless. All the accommodations, rental car, transfers, tours, and flights were perfect. It was a trip of a lifetime for us and it was magical. I even called the travel specialist a couple of times to ask a question and he was right there for us. His job wasn’t over until we returned home.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team helped craft an outstanding trip for us in New Zealand.
We originally entertained three proposals from different travel companies. The one from this travel company was one of the more interesting and unique proposals.
Once selected as our preferred travel company, they were most helpful and accommodating in adjusting plans and offering alternative options to allow us to have a great New Zealand experience.

What a fabulous vacation we had in New Zealand, thanks to Zicasso and our tour operator.
For 21 days, we toured the beautiful North and South Islands, and at every stop, the accommodations were exceptional, the food superb, and the sights amazing. We were picked up at the exact time specified for every one of our tours and transportation rides by knowledgeable and helpful tour guides and drivers.
All of our travel needs, ferry rides, inter-island plane rides, and train trips went off without a hitch.
The itinerary set up for us by our travel specialists was excellent, as we were able to see, visit, and tour everything we had wanted to when we were planning our trip.
The sights we saw were second only to the kind and generous people of New Zealand who made us feel welcome at every stop. Kia ora.
