Yet another fantastic family trip, courtesy of a Zicasso partner! My family of six just returned from our 10-day trip to Japan, as coordinated with Zicasso's travel company, and we have nothing but wonderful stories and memories to report!
Our agent arranged every detail to perfection, from transportation to guides to activities. All four kids and both parents had a fantastic experience. The guides he selected were incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and the hotels and transportation were spot on. I have nothing to say but that it was a seamless, A+ experience.
Thank you to our agent and travel companyI!

Overall, we had the most informative and enjoyable trip of a lifetime.
Two people in particular should be commended. One of our Zicasso trip planners provided excellent pre-trip advice. He promptly responded to all of our emails and made itinerary changes when we requested them. Our first guide was the most incredible human being; prompt, kind, generous, and efficient. Her restaurant selections were all five-star. The information she provided was most enlightening. She was careful to explain, in advance, our daily activities, including important timelines.

Zicasso's tour operator really delivered in "Zicasso style" on our three-day stay in Tokyo. We had one very knowledgeable and fun guide for our full visit. That allowed our group to get to know her and she us! We really enjoyed our private yakatabune sail. It was a fun boat with great food and an open bar! And the ramen sampling trip the evening before was informative and fun! All in all, we had a very relaxing and fun time in Tokyo following our two-week travels through the Pacific.
