This was our fourth time using Zicasso and, once again, they delivered an exceptional experience. What we love most about Zicasso is that they do all the hard work in the vetting process, saving us hours of research and ensuring we’re only matched with the best travel agencies and designers. Each time, we’ve felt confident that we were working with top-tier professionals.
One feature we especially appreciate is that Zicasso gives us the opportunity to personally review and choose from each agency referral. In this case, we selected this trip planner, who designed a two-week tour for our two families traveling through Italy. As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say that she truly listened to what was important to our families, balancing the needs of seasoned travelers and first-time visitors to Europe.
From private, expertly guided tours (including a standout Vatican experience) to seamless transfers, centrally located hotels, and on-time professional drivers, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Once our itinerary was finalized, our travel specialist stepped in and ensured any last-minute changes or requests were handled quickly and with care, even helping us find the perfect photo spot at the Colosseum before heading to a wine tasting in Anagni.
Zicasso continues to be our go-to platform for curated, high-quality travel experiences. Their ability to connect us with trip planners like this one is what makes them stand out. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure!

We just got back from an amazing two-week vacation with our children and our eight-year-old granddaughter. The travel specialists at Zicasso's tour company were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They took all of my ideas and managed to incorporate them seamlessly into our itinerary. I had quite a few requests and even made some last-minute changes, which they accommodated without any hesitation. One specialist, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful! The organization of the trip was smooth and effortless. The transportation, drivers, and guides were all top-notch! We traveled in clean and well-maintained Mercedes vans, with well-dressed and personable drivers. The local guides were not only knowledgeable, but also spoke English clearly, sharing fascinating insights that allowed us to dive deeper into the history and culture. The hotels we stayed at ranged from good to very good. If I were to plan this again, I might choose a different location in Rome; the area was a bit congested and the hotel could use some upgrades, but it was conveniently situated. The wine tastings were enjoyable and dinner at the vineyard was truly magical! Our standout activities were the cooking classes in Florence and Rome. The chefs were professional and imparted a lot of knowledge, giving us valuable skills to take home.
The highlight of our trip was definitely the private boat charter in Capri! We had a perfect day on a brand-new yacht, with an experienced captain and crew who took us to hidden caves away from the crowds, allowing us to swim in stunning locations. It was an absolutely fantastic trip!

Our Zicasso travel specialist did a fantastic job planning our family vacation for five adults.
Each hotel was top-notch. At the villa in Taormina, the rooms were luxurious, with unbelievable views of the bay and Mount Etna from private verandas. The staff were gracious and the restaurant's breakfast buffet delicious. Lunch and dinner were top-notch. The hotel in Agrigento was modern and the grounds were exceptional. It was close to the Valley of the Temples, with amazing views of the ruins from each room and the beautiful infinity pool. The hotel in Palermo was old-fashioned luxury with up-to-date facilities and close to the old town.
Our tour guides and drivers were excellent.
My only regret is that we only had 10 days to explore Sicily as there was so much more to see!
Our agent did a yeoman's job helping us plan this trip.

We were extremely happy with the team at the Zicasso travel agency. Everything was so well planned. We had zero issues. Our tour guides were amazing. I was on the fence about the bike tour, but it turned out to be one of our favorite activities. Honestly, all of the activities were so fun and unique that it is hard to actually pick a favorite. Additionally, our accommodations were in perfect locations. We really couldn't have asked for a better trip experience.

Our trip was a dream come true and Zicasso's travel company made our trip stress-free and seamless. We visted Rome, Ischia, Positano, and Sorrento.
The hotels they chose for us were all of high quality and centrally located, which made everything walkable during our stays in each of the locations. If not walkable, we were right next to the bus stop to make transportation that much easier.
The private drivers arranged for us were all very friendly and were always 10 minutes early. Also, all of the vehicles were comfortable and we felt very safe and secure at all times.
The excursions and private guides were great!
Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend our travel company to everybody!
