Best of Captivating Corfu: One Week Island Vacation

This morning will find you heading to Achilleion Palace, where you will be amazed and inspired by this stunning abode that was once inhabited by royalty. At the palace, you will witness its gorgeous gardens, Greek statues, and artwork that resides here. After your tour of the Achilleion Palace, you will journey to Kanoni on a scenic seaside route. Upon your arrival, you will view the famed Mouse Island while hearing the mysterious legend of its origins. After witnessing the nearby Convent of Vlacherna, you will return to Corfu Town and have the rest of the evening free to enjoy as you wish.

This morning, you will indulge in a private yoga session. As you bend, stretch, and flow from one position to the next, the lapping of the ocean’s waves will relax you. Following your yoga session, you will be led on an intriguing tour to Old Perithia. En route to Old Perithia, you will make a stop at a traditional village known as Troumpeta, which offers a panoramic view of the North and East Coasts of Corfu. Tucked high on the luscious slopes of the island's tallest mountain is the abandoned village of Old Perithia. Afterward, your guide will lead you on a tour through the ghost town, which will feature a variety of buildings that were built in the Venetian style before allowing you to stop by Kalami Bay and the popular White House.

When you are ready, you will embark on a private tour to Corfu’s North Coast today. After meeting your expert guide, you will be led to the iconic village of Ipsos. During your time here, you will get a peek at Pantokratoras, which is the island’s tallest mountain. As you then venture up the mountain, you will be treated to spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains. At the top of the mountain, you will witness the Monastery of Pantokratoras before transferring to Strinilla village for lunch. A final stop at Kassiopi village will conclude your tour. Once you have finished your tour, you will be driven back to Corfu Town.

After meeting your expert guide, you will be whisked away in a luxury vehicle to witness many of the wonders that this lovely region has to offer. Your South Coast tour will lead you along stunning coastline roadways as you make your way to a trio of idyllic villages: Agioi Deka, Stavros, and Strogili. Today, you will head to Corfu’s gorgeous Glyfada Beach with your private guide. Your time here will be yours to spend at your leisure. Numerous water sports will be available to you, but you may opt to relax on the beach and work on your vacation tan. In the afternoon before heading back to Corfu Town, you will stop by the village of Pelekas and the Monastery of Panagia of Myrtiotissa, which will intersperse a little history and culture into your day. As the evening arrives, you will embark on a relaxing and luxurious sunset sail from Corfu Town, making for a lovely night that will serve as the perfect culmination to your Corfu Island vacation.

After enjoying your final Greek brunch, you will meet your private driver and prepare to end your dreamy island getaway.
