We had an excellent experience working with Zicasso's travel specialist. He really understood our interests and built a fabulous itinerary around our requests. It was red-carpet service, with great communication throughout. There was flexibility when the schedule in the moment didn't work and two instances when our agent was able to accommodate a short-notice change at our request. We highly recommend Croatia as a destination and this agency as a travel partner!

This was my third international trip using Zicasso. Zicasso’s travel agent was fabulous. She was able to plan a trip of a lifetime with three weeks' notice. Everything was meticulously thought out and coordinated perfectly.
The boutique hotels were beautiful and they were all conveniently located to give us access to all restaurants and sightseeing. The tour guides were all top-notch and really knowledgeable about Croatia’s rich history.
The travel agent seamlessly planned every transfer and pickup so we could just sit back, relax, and enjoy our vacation.

Zicasso's travel specialist helped us in the initial planning stages and was knowledgeable about all the possibilities for our time. She was also able to explain and then adapt tours to fit us perfectly. She was patient and expedient when we wanted changes, and always happy to help us get things planned just as we desired. She was wonderful to work with.

Zicasso's travel agency put together an incredible trip for 11 of us on a multigenerational trip to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday in Croatia. Not only did they plan an excellent itinerary with all the key highlights, but our contact was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp while we were there for any random questions.
We had terrific guides and even the bus drivers were amazing.
Our contact worked directly with our accommodations to arrange our drop-offs in the closest places, even though we were staying in old-town/pedestrian-only areas and there were 11 of us with different arrivals/departures.
I would definitely use them again for help in planning a vacation.
