Zicasso’s recommended travel agency for our trip to Amsterdam and Belgium turned out great. From the initial proposal based on our wish list to the various iterations in the planning stages, all the way to its implementation, our travel agent created a wonderful itinerary for our party of four. A special thanks to the principals at the agency’s US office for helping with our trip reservations, especially given the time difference between the US and Prague, where our primary agent was located.
We started our trip in Amsterdam and then went to Belgium (Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, and Antwerp).
The airport and train pick-ups/drop-offs and the car rides on our guided tours all went smoothly. The drivers were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, and had clean cars, with water bottles available if needed. With the exception of one guide in Antwerp, who did not come through with our coveted diamond district tour, all other guides were great! They were all fluent in English, punctual, and knowledgeable about the area.
The hotels were all great. They were centrally located as per our requirement, with excellent customer service. The only hotel we had an issue with was in Amsterdam, mainly due to the location of our rooms, which were a very long walk from the lobby and looked into another window across a narrow street. The hotel staff were not able to accommodate our request for a room change.
The agency’s app was very helpful. It had our complete itinerary, train tickets, hotel contacts, and guide info, and worked well in communicating with the travel agent for any questions that came up during our trip.
We highly recommend Zicasso.

Our Zicasso trip planner curated an outstanding custom tour for us through the Netherlands and Belgium. He thoughtfully incorporated all our requests, including visits to the Keukenhof Gardens, the iconic tulip fields, and the historic World War I sites in Flanders Fields.
Each of the three hotels we stayed at—in Amsterdam, Bruges, and Brussels—was centrally located, which made it easy to explore the sights and soak in the charm of each neighborhood. The service at all the hotels was excellent.
She also arranged personal guides and drivers throughout our trip. Every one of them was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our questions and requests, which greatly enhanced our experience.
We couldn't have asked for a better-planned and more enjoyable journey. We highly recommend this travel company for anyone looking for a seamless and enriching travel experience!

Most of what was planned went well. However, we scheduled a Jewish tour of Antwerp and that failed to materialize. While a guide met us at the appropriate time, that guide had no idea she was supposed to provide a Jewish tour of Antwerp. Instead, she said she was only supposed to show us the diamond district. However, even that failed to materialize as the diamond district was completely closed that day. We did tell the travel agent that information and he offered no restitution.
We also had a problem on arrival at our first hotel, as there was no one there to help us with our luggage and we were given a room that required us to carry our luggage either up or down a flight of stairs. That was disappointing. The rest of the tour was very good.

We have just returned from a family trip to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark, planned by Zicasso's travel consultant. I'm so thankful I hired a planner to make this trip so enjoyable and spare me the time and frustration of doing it myself. The itinerary, personal guides (and group tours where applicable), transport, and hotels were all exceptional. Everything occurred on time.
They stayed close to my original budget. The travel consultant and her supporting staff were responsive before, during (with an issue at the hotel), and even after the trip (when we incurred an erroneous fee from the last hotel). I highly recommend them for any trip to Europe.
