It was absolutely the trip of a lifetime! Every aspect of this adventure was flawlessly executed by Zicasso's travel specialist, using our time as effectively as possible. The itinerary worked perfectly to exceed our expectations, with no time wasted.

Our trip to South Africa was nothing short of extraordinary and exceeded every expectation. From the breathtaking vineyards of Franschhoek to the vibrant energy of Cape Town and the unforgettable wildlife experiences at our safari lodge in the Thornybush Game Reserve, every part of the journey was truly magical.
Zicasso’s travel specialist truly did an amazing job, creating the perfect itinerary that met our needs exactly for our party of 11. Additionally, he was extremely responsive, even while we were in South Africa, when I had a simple question regarding gratuity. We had a number of adjustments and changes as we had three families coming in at different times, and he offered multiple options to ensure we all met our budgets and needs. I would definitely use this travel company again for an African trip. The trip was flawlessly executed.

It was an amazing trip. Zicasso's travel specialist took care of all the details, with excellent suggestions, while still working within our budget. She even remembered that our trip was for our 30th anniversary and had a little surprise for us.

Zicasso's travel company did a great job with all the details. Every pick-up ride was waiting, small planes were as scheduled, and camps and lodges were expecting us. Our private guide was amazing. Camps were fantastic, with wonderful staff who became family.
Our lodge at Ngorongoro Crater was a nice change from camps at the end of the week. A key to the intelligent schedule was to send us to West Serengeti first. We caught the migration in its full glory. Most safari travelers we met did it in reverse, starting at Ngorongoro, and may have missed much of the migration. As a “lucky” bonus, white rhinos were introduced at Ngorongoro two days before we got there and we got to observe the interesting reaction of the existing black rhinos to these larger relatives. We saw every common animal species that exists in the Serengeti. That included 85 different lions and 13 different cheetahs.
This trip exceeded all our expectations and the direction and oversight by the travel company was spot-on. I can recommend this tour operator without any reservation.

The trip was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to our travel planner and guide, we were able to fit so much adventure into 12 days. Communication was always prompt and our planner quickly answered all of our questions leading up to and during the trip. The transfer from our Kenya guide to our Uganda guide was seamless. We had an issue with logistics in the last few days, but our planner helped us solve it quickly.
The only thing I would suggest they do differently: Our communication leading up to the Uganda portion of the trip was with the operations manager. We didn't meet our guide (or know they weren’t the operations manager) until the morning we left for Kibale. It would have been nice to have some communication with our guide beforehand as there were a couple of things on the itinerary (prepared by the manager) that our guide seemed not to know anything about, namely a game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park.
