Our African safari was outstanding, even better than we imagined. The selection of locations and the camps were all excellent. Our travel within Africa was complicated, with nine different flights, and it all went off without a hitch. We were greeted at every stop and the local representatives took care of all the details at each departure and arrival. We highly recommend Zicasso’s travel partner company to anyone taking a trip to Africa.

Despite the time zone challenges, the team was available and very responsive to anything we needed.

What a fantastic trip! It was so well organized and planned, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. It was a one-month journey to Africa, visiting Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. We always felt taken care of.

The safari portion of our trip could not have been more perfect. We were able to see the animals from very near on night drives and bush walks, with very few other jeeps to disturb the environment. The private concessions are an amazing way to truly experience the animals.

We also explored Cape Town on a number of fantastic private tours. We watched the southern right whales off the coast of Hermanus, tasted some delicious wines in the Winelands, explored charming small towns, tried local cuisine, hiked Table Mountain, and so much more.

We were very happy with Zicasso and the travel company. There were no hitches. All of the guides, drivers, and hotels were wonderful.

My husband came down with bronchitis in Egypt and the hotel immediately got him a doctor. The Egypt travel company continued to monitor his condition throughout the trip.

Our family recently returned from a wondrous trip to South Africa that was planned with great assistance from Zicasso’s tour operator. South Africa really has it all – stunning scenery; tons of wildlife (lions and penguins!); friendly, creative people; beautiful art, music, and culture.

It isn't easy to please everyone when your kids range in age from kindergarten to tween and teen, but our travel agent came through! For example, my teen appreciated our time at the hotel, which opens into the mall at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town – he liked being able to have some independence to roam and explore.

I had a first-choice safari preference that was initially unavailable. Our agent kept checking back until space opened up for us. I also appreciated her patience with the many changes, tweaks, and requests I made to our itinerary along the way. We loved the tour and transfer service she partnered with in Cape Town. Even our transfers were informative mini-tours and we loved getting to know our guides. We really appreciated her suggestion to visit the Grootbos Nature Preserve and loved our gorgeous accommodation and our hike through an ancient milkwood forest.

Our travel agent was immediately responsive to my communications when I was on the ground and able to make some last-minute adjustments to our schedule right around Christmas, which went above and beyond. I felt comfortable and safe in her hands, and would highly recommend Zicasso's travel partner to anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime in stunning South Africa.

Planning our South African honeymoon with Zicasso’s travel agent was a breeze! We only had one call with her to discuss expectations and she came back with the best itinerary for couples exploring South Africa for the first time.

She was also very kind and accommodating regarding our requests, especially the request to see elephants up close. She was also very patient with us and made changes when we wanted to keep it within a certain budget.

The overall experience was truly magical, from the restaurant recommendations, the wine tastings, and, most especially, the safari experience. Everything was arranged and we were treated very well in all the places we stayed. We can’t wait to go back!

We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all of the local guides. Our guide in Cape Town was wonderfully knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Our guides in Victoria Falls were also wonderful.

The private game reserve was the perfect choice, with a warm, welcoming crew, lovely accommodations, and knowledgeable professional guides and trackers. And delicious, abundant food. The hotel at Victoria Falls was also lovely, with very friendly, professional staff.

Everyone across the board was helpful, accommodating, and respectful of our mom’s need for a little extra help (with the exception of Lufthansa in Frankfurt). We didn't book them through you, but wanted to give you the heads up in case you use them in the future for disabled or mobility-impaired guests. Every single person we encountered in Africa was kind and respectful, and we really appreciated that.

The trip of a lifetime. Far exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was outstanding. His knowledge of animals, birds,  plants, and the people was incredible. A wonderful personality. Every day our vehicle was spotless; quite a feat considering all the dust. Each accomedation was unique and different from each other. This was a custom designed safari by the travel agency and was unique and wonderful. We experienced things a normal safari would not.
