This travel company and this agent were truly amazing. Our travel agent planned the perfect New Zealand vacation for us which took into consideration our kids' ages and interests, our budget and our hope to have the "trip of a lifetime." It truly was the trip of a lifetime, thanks to this travel agent's diligence, organizational skills and clear love for her job. Not only were the activities joyous, fun and beautiful, but she was also extremely responsive to our specific needs. She answered all of our emails within minutes, her itinerary was professionally presented and chock full of information, and she called us several before the trip to make sure we knew all of the logistical details. This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken, and we owe it all to this travel company!
