Travel Review: New Zealand Vacation, Auckland, Queenstown, Raglan, Doubtful Sound, Surfing, Culture

Hotel room in Mt. Maunganui was not up to the level of the other accommodations on the trip. We discussed the room a couple times before leaving on the trip with our travel company, but they said no ocean view rooms were available. The resort actually had two beautiful new Twin Towers but we were put in an older room with no view in a low rise building next to the two towers.

We are so pleased you had a fabulous time and felt our planning was the reason. It appears one of the properties caused us to receive a review that was less than 5 stars. Unfortunately this is not a property we normally work with and we will review if we will offer it at all to future clients.
