Detailed Description

You’ll spend much of this trip on the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez as you scuba dive, snorkel and
kayak. Each day you’ll savor fresh Mexican cuisine and each night slip off into a well-deserved
slumber. If you're looking for an unforgettable multisport adventure vacation, then look no further!

Day 1: Hiking Cabo Pulmo – 2 miles
After picking you up from your choice of starting point – Cabo San Lucas, San
José del Cabo or Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) – we’ll shuttle you to
your lodging. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll enjoy a scenic hike taking in a
panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains. Tonight you
have a chance to get acquainted with the rest of the group over dinner.

Day 2: Kayaking & Snorkeling la Sirenita –or– Optional Fishing
This morning you’ll have a quick lesson in kayaking before you take to the
water for a leisurely paddle, taking in the sights around Playa la Sirenita, also
known as “Mermaid Beach.” Along the way you’ll stop to snorkel the warm and
bountiful waters. If you’d rather fish, you’ll experience world-famous angling in
the Sea of Cortez. With luck, you’ll reel in mahi mahi, tuna, or even marlin. This
afternoon you’re free to relax in your palm frond thatched bungalow, swim or
meet others at the bar. Meals included: B, L & D

Day 3: Scuba Diving Cabo Pulmo, Optional Hiking – 6 miles
Today is your chance to dive the living coral reef at Cabo Pulmo National
Marine Park. Certified divers can do a two-tank dive. If you aren’t certified, you
can do a resort dive, which covers the essentials, then dive to 15 feet with a
professional divemaster. Of course, if you’d rather, you can snorkel. After lunch,
you have the chance to relax on a beach or to enjoy a six-mile hike in the hills
around Cabo Pulmo. Your reward for all the climbing is a stunning “buena”
vista. Meals included: B, L & D

Day 4: Hiking Cañon la Zorra, Swimming Sol de Mayo
Today you’ll explore the Sierra de la Laguna Biosphere Preserve traveling up
Cañon de la Zorra. The highlight of the day is the breathtaking, waterfall-fed
natural pool at Sol de Mayo where you can swim or, if you’re feeling even more
adventurous, dive off the rocks into the refreshing waters. This afternoon you’ll
have the chance to settle into your new hotel. Tonight you can enjoy dinner at
the restaurant of your choice. Meals included: B & L

Day 5: Mountain Biking San Cristobal
This morning you’ll pedal dirt roads and optional singletrack trails weaving
through native vegetation. You can bike as much or as little as you want,
choosing a distance option to fit your cycling ability. This afternoon you’re again
free to relax by the hotel pool or explore Cabo San Lucas perhaps taking a
water taxi to a secluded beach.. Tonight you’ll dine in style at a renowned
restaurant. Later you’ll have the chance to go out on the town to experience the
famed nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Meals included: B & D

Day 6: Relax or Walk around San José del Cabo
Today is a great day to sleep-in and relax poolside especially if you were
feeling festive the night before. Alternatively, you can stroll the shops of
downtown San José del Cabo We’ll then shuttle you to the airport, or to your
next hotel should you be staying in Baja after the end of your adventure. Meals
included: B

You have your choices for lodging style, Regular or Luxury:

(Regular): If you’d rather save a bit on your lodging, but still sleep in comfort – then you may prefer our regular
lodging. You’ll stay in two charming properties rich in local flavor: Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort (pictured left
and right) and Tropicana Inn. Each features an ideal setting. Cabo Pulmo is a short walk from the beach and
the Tropicana is in the center of San José. Guest rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished with private bath.

(Luxury): For private groups of 6 or more only. If youappreciate the finest in accommodations when traveling –
then our luxury lodging is for you! Your secluded 12-acre estate features a breath-taking 7,000 square-foot solarpowered
main house with six bedrooms (four with ocean views), seven bathrooms, infinity pool with swim-up bar,
14-person hot tub, tennis court, gym, staff of four, and
private beach along the Sea of Cortez.
