This Costa Rica Honeymoon Adventure is designed to be something that you can trust us to plan and make a special event for the two of you without having to think about the details and fret about where to go and what to see. We know that after a hectic wedding it’s important to have a few days to relax, which is why our adventures start with a day of a relaxing tour to get used to the climate, and the next day on the beach.

The price includes:
All accomodation at first class hotels and lodges for 15 nights with breakfast. Guided Tour to La Paz Waterfall Gardens with lunch and transportation ( SIB ). Private transfers to and from the airport. 13 days 4x4 Daihatsu Terios 4x4, free mileage.

Visit the La Paz Waterfall gardens where you can walk on truly spectacular trails that will lead to Magia Blanca Falls (the largest and the most spectacular of the falls in the area). At the Park you will also witness the largest enclosed butterfly observatory in the world with a beautiful collection of tropical jewels.

Manuel Antonio
In this 682 - hectare national park you will see beaches, islands offshore, lush rainforest with good trails, and may have close - up encounters with monkeys, sloth's and lots of birds. Manuel Antonio National Park attracts with tropical jungle that borders white sand beaches and blue-green waters..

La Fortuna at Vulcano Arenal
La Fortuna de Arenal is an excellent base for exploring Arenal Volcano National Park. Arenal volcano is the quissential active volcano. It's most impressive at a clear night when you may observe red lava. Best spot to enjoy these wonders are Tabacon Hot Springs: a thermal wonderland with water coming from a vulcanic stream.

Monteverde Cloud Forest
Here you can find 8 life zones in a 10,569 hectares reserve, encompassing more than 400 species of birds, 490 species of butterflies, 100 species of mammals, 300 species of orchids, 200 species ferns, plus more than 2,000 species of other plants.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 :

Arrival Juan Santamaria airport, private transfer Hotel Grano de Oro.

Hotel Grano de Oro is a true oasis in the heart of the city. The hotel maintains the warmth and comfort of a private home. Italian tile fountains grace intimate atriums, ensuring that one is never far from the soothing melody of falling water. Guests delight in the tranquil ambiance of tropical plants and flowers found throughout the hotel. Additionally, a rooftop garden terrace with lawnbeds and Jacuzzi provides blissful, secluded lounging. The Deluxe rooms are spacious, with a bathtub/shower combination and a king-size bed.

Day 2 :

Guided excursion to La Paz Waterfall Gardens with lunch. Today you will visit La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a Nature Park where you walk on truly spectacular trails that will lead to Magia Blanca Falls (the largest and the most spectacular of the falls in the area). At the Park you will also witness the largest enclosed butterfly observatory in the world with a beautiful collection of tropical jewels..After lunch enjoy the afternoon at Grano de Oro.

Day 3 :

Manuel Antonio National Park. After breakfast you will receive your car and start a 4 hour drive. National Park Manuel Antonio. In this 682 - hectare national park you will see beaches, islands offshore, lush rainforest with good trails, and may have close - up encounters with monkeys, sloth's and lots of birds. Manuel Antonio National Park attracts with tropical jungle that borders white sand beaches and blue-green waters. A splendid combination of nature experience and beach fun! Hotel La Mariposa is an award-winning accommodation best known for its stunning 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio National Park, and surrounding tropical vegetation. With its Spanish-Mediterranean architecture and well appointed rooms, La Mariposa is magnificent yet intimate. Pacific Coast. After breakfast you drive for about an hour before you stop at Villa Caletas. Villa Caletas expresses a truly unique combination of mountain and seaside resort. Looming 1150 feet above the Pacific Ocean, Villa Caletas shines like a jewel among resorts. The spectacular 360-degree panorama from this tropical-jungle perch sweeps over the gulf islands of Nicoya Peninsula to the crescent beaches of Jacó, Herradura and Punta Leona, taking in the majestic mountains. Below, rainforests spread to the sandy shores, where Villa Caletas maintains its own inviting beach. The Junior Suites display both great ocean and mountain views from the large terrace with a jacuzzi. Day 8 La Fortuna Arenal. Following the Pan American Highway and driving through beautiful mountains and little villages, you will soon observe the Arenal volcano. La Fortuna de Arenal is an excellent base for exploring Arenal Volcano National Park. Arenal volcano is the quissential active volcano. It's most impressive at a clear night when you may observe red lava. Best spot to enjoy these wonders are Tabacon Hot Springs. ( Optional ) Tabacon is a veritable thermal wonderland, where a hot volcanic stream is channeled in five pools of varying temperature.

Day 9 :

La Fortuna Arenal. Spend part of the morning enjoying the hotel facilities and then go off on a wonderful optional horseback ride near the Arenal Volcano, or visit La Fortuna´s waterfall. Observe the Arenal Volcano at the Tabacon Hot Springs Resort, and if you're lucky, witness one of the volcanos numerous daily eruptions!

Day 10 :

Monteverde Cloud Forest. Today you will drive around beautiful Lake Arenal towards your next destination, Monteverde. The drive will take you about 4,5 / 5 hours. Enjoy one of the most enchanting and overwhelming experiences inside cloud forests. Eight life zones are to be found in this 10,569 hectares reserve, encompassing more than 400 species of birds, 490 species of butterflies, 100 species of mammals, 300 species of orchids, 200 species ferns, plus more than 2,000 species of other plants. The reserve is home to many rare species such as quetzals, three-watted bellbirds, umbrella birds, and endangered tapir. There are nature trails that will guide you through this breath-taking journey. Hotel El Establo is located in the heart of the conservation area of Monteverde Costa Rica. Within walking distance of the Butterfly Garden & the Ecological Farm. The hotel is set in a private 150 acres farm (50% protected primary forest) adjacent to the Monteverde Reserve. Day 11 :

Monteverde Cloud Forest. You may want to get up early to visit the cloud forest.. A walk through the misty wood is a magical experience. The huge forest is overgrown with bromeliads, orchids, ferns, deer horns as well as moss and the beautiful red-green feathered quetzal breeds here. Other options are the Skywalk.

Day 12 :

Playa Tamarindo, Guanacaste.
Located on the Northwestern shoreline of Costa Rica, Tamarindo is a charming fishing town of 1,000 inhabitants. The drive to get there will take between 5 oand 6 hours. The picturesque region opens a doorway to the romance and serenity of flat lands, green mountains and rich foliage. The natural wonders of this region are so astonishing that, for a moment, you forget the world you have left behind once you have crossed the threshold into nature's playground.
The Garden Villa. Surrounded by tropical forests and marine parks, Cala Luna is a peaceful setting to soothe the spirit. The villas blend marvelously with the abundant silver palms, delicate hibiscus, colorful bougainvillea and other exotic foliage. The resort features luxury Villas, each with a private swimming pool. All villas are equipped with fan, a/c, direct line telephone, satellite TV, stereo CD player and fully equipped bathrooms. Playa Tamarindo, Guanacaste. The nearby of Playa Langosta, ( Langosta Beach ) boasts pure white sand beaches sprinkled with multicolored shells. Such romantic scenery beckons visitors to stroll along its pristine shoreline, enjoy the serenity of the sapphire waters, or behold a brilliant sunset draping the evening with a silvery moonlight that dances atop tranquil waters.

Xandari Resort. Today you will drive for about 6 hours. Your rental car will be picked up again at the hotel late afternoon. A welcome paradise for travelers who don't want to waste even a day of vacation. Xandari Plantation consists of spacious villas on a 40 acre coffee and fruit plantation overlooking Costa Rica's Central Valley... The villas, private terraces, furniture and gardens are designed with great attention to detail, and each villa is adorned with original works of art.
