Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was perfect. We landed at Zürich and our driver was there waiting for us with an S class Mercedes sedan. The hotel was very fine. Each day after the first was better than the previous day. The guides arranged by the travel company in every city were knowledgeable, spoke good English, and met us on time per the schedule.
I cant imagine how things could have been better.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Probably thevseveral train rides through the Alps. Up the Jungfrau, to see the Matterhorn (from Zermatt) and of course the Glacier Express to St Moritz

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing...it was perfect
