I am so impressed with our trip planner and the work that he did.   He communicated with me to make sure that my wishes were met in the best way that could be done.   He kept all engaged.   Although I KNOW he was always working behind the scenes on future bookings, we never actually saw it, and that takes true talent.   We always felt like we were his only concern, but a business can’t continue if other clients aren’t being prepped.  He did an amazing job balancing and keeping all the pieces in motion.   Schedules were maintained, flexibility was maintained and he always appeared peaceful and prepared.   He is a true gift.
