This agency is a top notch concierge travel company.

Every stage was managed by our agent and his team of very experienced professionals.

I have been in the Corporate Travel Management industry for over 25 years and this company and the staff have exceeded my expectations!

Our planning, travel, accommodations, excursions, activities, and guides were amazingly organized and exactly as we wished.

There is a very high level of pride in fulfilling their clients' expectations and surpassing them!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

A couple of moments were extra special;

- Our stay at the Venice hotel and the night strolling in Venice, we did feeling very much like a local (my husband can 'get by' with his Italian!)

- Attending the soccer game in Milan at the 'Casa Milan' with amazing seats that were sourced by our agent, for my husbands ultimate birthday gift!

- Deftly getting the timing and agenda just right so that we could tour the Vatican and St. Paul's Cathedral when it was EASTER weekend in Rome! No small feat!

- Our amazing and totally fun cooking class in Florence and making the most delicious Tiramisu!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

- We would only change the cities to explore, and look at possibly get up north to where my husbands relatives are in Feltre/Balzano area.
