Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The experience was flawless. The hotels were what we expected and the transportation picked us up and dropped us off at each destination on time almost to the minute. My favorite hotel of the trip goes to Hotel Villa Los Candiles, I would return on my next trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I think that Monteverde was the most fun. We took a tour of Don Juan's Coffee plantation that was very informative. The tour conductors were very helpful and went out of their way to show us a good time. We also took the train ride because my wife has difficulty walking. The tour of Manuel Antonio was fun. Our hired guide provided a very enjoyable experience. Everywhere the food was excellent. The visit to the centra market in San Jose was fun. The people are beautiful and friendly. We felt completely safe.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would take a compass. A couple of times we got turned around when we were walking and being unfamilar with the landmarks, we got lost, but the police are very helpful. I speak Spanish so it was easy to ask directions.
