Travel Review: Luxury Family Italy Vacation, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii, Rome

Working with our travel agent was a delight; I kept waiting for some disappointment and none came. She somehow knew from talking and e-mailing us what we would like and she packaged simply marvelous places to stay and made the needed arrangements that made the trip so hassle-free, e.g., car rental, guides, and drivers. Even while there -- stuck in a traffic jam and faced with being late in returning our rental car -- we were able to text her (6 hour time difference) and she managed to connect with the rental company and our awaiting driver - that spelled r-e-l-i-e-f.
