This was a trip we had been planning for 10 years and it did not disappoint!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our 3 days in the Sacred Valley were filled with awe inspiring views and interesting adventures to a local pottery and weaving community, not to mention the incredible ruins of Ollantantambo and Machu Picchu. Our guide was amazing and was willing to meet us earlier than our itinerary stated so we could get in a few extra hours of sightseeing.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would plan to spend more time in Cusco. We had to be at the airport 2 hours before our 5 pm flight back to Lima, and even though we were picked up from our hotel at 6 am, we still didn't get to see all that our guide was wanting to show us. We love museums and we just didn't have the time to enjoy them. Our fault entirely as we just tried to fit too much into only a few days.
