Luxury Trip to Panama Travel Review: Cloud Forest Stay, Beach, Panama City

The trip was excellent, except for the last night.  The hotel in Casco Viejo, Panama City might have been having a bad day, but ... phones weren't working, took us a while to be able to order room service than it took over an hour and 3 calls to get food.
I want to especially call out the great service provided by a travel specialist locally on the last day of the vacation and after.  I tested positive for Covid and she and the driver were extremely helpful in assisting us in the ensuing protocols.
