Travel Review: Tour of Germany & Belgium

This travel company was a great agency to work with.  From the first contact through the whole journey someone from their office was always on hand.  They listened to us concerning the places we wanted to visit and learn about and developed a beautiful itinerary for us.  When we arrived at our first hotel we received a packet with all of our tickets, brochures, etc and a phone to use while in Germany.  The phone had all of our contacts with phone numbers already programmed.  Our accommodations were first rate.  We were able to visit popular sites without standing in lines or putting up with crowds of visitors.  Each guide was so organized yet let us deviate from plans if we wanted to change our minds about the daily itinerary.  They even worked around weather to assure we had the best outcome for visiting outdoor places.  We had a wonderful experience in Germany.
