We were very happy with Zicasso and the travel company. There were no hitches. All of the guides, drivers, and hotels were wonderful.

My husband came down with bronchitis in Egypt and the hotel immediately got him a doctor. The Egypt travel company continued to monitor his condition throughout the trip.

My trip to Morocco was the trip of a lifetime and I had experiences that I will cherish for the rest of my time on this Earth. Every detail was handled perfectly and professionally. Zicasso’s tour company left no stone unturned to be extremely sure I was always up to the minute on every detail of my journey.

The planning was a cooperative venture between them and me. I was consulted on every detail through the initial planning stages to the refinement of what I wanted, and what would make my trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I was kept in the loop and consulted throughout the entire process. I have never, nor do I expect to, had any company that was so conscientious, kind, and thorough.

Our Zicasso travel agent provided an incredible experience for our group of four people on a phenomenal 12-day tour. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and well executed. Our driver was knowledgeable, well versed in history/anthropology, consistently reliable, friendly, and warm. Although we traveled during Ramadan, our driver and local tour guides were always available, even if it meant they missed a meal or prayer time.

One of our travelers developed a bad cold and needed medical attention. Our travel team treated us like their own family as they ensured she received excellent care, made alternative arrangements, and even helped to communicate with healthcare professionals. The gift of a handmade and custom engraved leather bag with electrical outlet converters, maps, and snacks was a welcome and very classy gift.

We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of traveling to this exquisite country and visiting with these beautiful people.

Zicasso’s travel partners did an amazing job and were quick to work through any issues we had during our trip to Dubai. My only complaint is I asked for the start times of our daily excursions and was told they would be given to me on arrival. The driver picking us up didn't have any schedule for us. It was only after calling the company that I got what I originally asked for.

Our nine-day excursion to Morocco was a trip of a lifetime. Zicasso’s tour operator and his company (with the help of an agent in Morocco) planned everything beautifully, with the right amount of time in each location, magnificent hotels, and a thoughtful, comprehensive itinerary. Our tour operator spent a great deal of time listening to our feedback and reflecting our preferences in the ultimate plan. They even arranged for a birthday cake in the middle of an oasis! Bottom line… they were incredibly thoughtful travel advisers with great attention to detail and an eagerness to create a very special experience for us.

Our visits to Fes and Marrakech were rich with exotic sights, sounds, and the smells of fantastic cuisine. Perhaps the greatest gift to us was the selection of an extraordinary guide who was knowledgeable, kind, flexible, and full of fascinating history and personal perspectives. Our driver was a special, gentle man who made all the comings and goings look easy. We felt very safe, comfortable, and well taken care of as we were escorted around the sites. They anticipated our every need.

Overall, the travel agency arranged an amazing and unforgettable tour for us in Israel. LeeAnn is extremely organized, positive, and knowledgeable about Israel. She was able to propose an amazing itinerary and worked with us on edits until it was perfect.During the tour itself, she was very hands-on and reached out to us frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly. There were some minor scheduling issues (as can be expected on a nine-day tour), but she was very hands-on and proactive at fixing.

I would highly recommend this travel company and look forward to working with them again.

Our trip to Athens, Santorini, and Istanbul was great. The airport transfers, tours, and hotel accommodations arranged by Zicasso’s travel company were all very good and we had no issues.

Our tour guides in each location were all very good. We had the same tour guide for each of our days in Istanbul. He was invaluable in helping us to understand the history of the city and the sites we visited. He also helped us to experience authentic cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The Zicasso tour operator was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He told us he wanted us to have the best possible trip and that nothing was too much trouble. I believe that was his intention.

For example, when the Wi-Fi aboard the cruise turned out to be very poor, our guide immediately got a data SIM for our phones. We had two guides, one for Cairo and the north and one for Luxor and the south. Both were very experienced and well-versed in their knowledge of the history of Egypt and the monuments they were guiding us through.

Our hotels in Cairo and Alexandria were entirely acceptable. We were, however, disappointed that sometimes we were taken for lunch at tour bus restaurants. It would have been much nicer if a quieter and more intimate restaurant had been selected. By contrast, in Suez, we were guests at a private social club and treated to an incredible lunch as we watched massive ships glide by so close to us. It would have also been nice to have had more information on tipping customs, since every country is different.
