Zicasso’s travel operator planned a fantastic trip. They had timed plans for us at the beginning, with suggestions for the afternoons so we wouldn’t feel rushed. We also found one of our spots was closed, and they worked with us to find a new time to make it work. The hotels and hikes were very well planned and we got to see and do all we dreamed of!

This is our third trip booked through Zicasso. They make it very easy to find strong, reliable in-country travel agents. It’s a great service! We used a travel partner to plan our trip to Germany to see the Christmas markets. It was perfect. They selected great hotels that were perfectly located for walking to markets. The local guides for city tours were personable, knowledgeable, and engaging. Our itinerary was a great blend of seeing a lot, but not being overwhelmed. We visited Berlin, Dresden, Nuremberg, Rothenburg, and Munich, with some day trips to smaller towns.

We did have some travel problems. Our inbound flight to Munich was canceled due to weather and a rail strike created a problem for our trip to Dresden. The travel agency was able to manage these events without any impact on our planned events. We rebooked flights into Berlin directly instead of taking a train from Munich, and they secured a private driver for the trip to Dresden on about 24 hours' notice. The travel team made these adjustments with minimal stress for us.

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to Zicasso’s travel agent and her company. I began the process of planning this trip over a year ago. She walked me through every step and was very patient with me as I changed the itinerary. We had two pre-departure meetings, which were very helpful. Our agent had every detail well planned out and basically organized a dream vacation for my mom and me. It was all well balanced between the touristy sights, off-the-beaten-path experiences, and having time getting lost in the streets. Physically I'm back home, but mentally I'm still in Italy living la dolce vita.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Zicasso's travel specialist took time to understand our needs and work with us over several months to provide us with his views and suggestions. He was patient in listening to us and made an effort to refine the itineraries to meet our needs.

Throughout the trip, he stayed in touch to provide the support needed. For example, the connecting train from Visp to Zermatt was stopped due to weather. He was with us all the way to provide assurance and guidance in reaching Zermatt safely.

Everything was well organized. When we reached our hotel room, a lovely pouch with all the necessary travel vouchers and tickets was on our desk.

The trip was wonderful. Our Zicasso tour operator was great and really responsive during the trip. I loved the app, which made everything so much easier and clearer, and having everything in one place on our phones was so nice.

My friends and I had an amazing trip to Portugal planned by Zicasso’s tour operator. When we arrived at the airport in Lisbon, our agent and her team were there to greet us, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was well planned out and organized.

We visited Porto, Lisbon, and the Algarve over eight days. We had tours set up in each city and private transportation as we traveled to each place. We were also able to visit Coimbra, Évora, and Sintra as we drove through the country. All our tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend our travel company.

Zicasso's travel partner did an amazing job putting together our itinerary and handling all the logistics. We did an intro call to discuss what we were interested in, how we like to travel, dietary constraints, etc. They did a great job synthesizing that and coming up with a pitch-perfect plan of sites, hotels, restaurants, and means of transportation.

On the trip itself, everyone involved was professional, punctual, and fun. This was the first trip I have taken where I didn't have to worry about getting from point A to B, finding good places to eat, researching the best sites, and how everything would fit together. Additionally, the travel team was very thoughtful in how everything would fit into the available daylight hours, how we'd be feeling with jet lag, and how to navigate a holiday where many things would be closed.

I am already thinking about the next trip we'll take with their help.

Working with Zicasso’s travel agent on the pre-trip planning was easy. He provided expert thoughts and comments. The fact that he lives in Iceland was seen by our group as the most credible option for us.

Our agent kept track of the weather and would reach out when things needed to be shuffled around. We were scheduled for the glacier hike and the forecast changed, so that day was going to be extremely windy and perhaps the hike would be canceled. We were able to go the day before and had a beautiful sunny day, with just four of us and a guide. He also tracked our scheduled jeep tours to ensure they would go out.
