My husband and I travelled to Morocco and southern Spain, and to Lisbon in Feb. 2017.
This travel agent organized our trip for us and we were very happy with his services. Our agent was wonderful to work with. He was very willing to make changes when we requested them. He responded to e-mails and calls quickly - in fact responses to e-mails often arrived within minutes. When we had to change the dates for our trip, he re-adjusted everything most efficiently. We were also very impressed that when we arrived at our first stop in Spain, he took the train from Madrid to meet us, bring us a portable Wifi, and ensure that things were going smoothly.
The guides and drivers that he arranged for us were all excellent; we very much appreciated their help. We also liked the hotels he chose and the restaurants he recommended. Throughout the trip he responded to any questions or concerns we had immediately and effectively. We would be pleased to recommend this agent and his company to anyone seeking help to arrange their travel plans.

It's hard to chose.
We loved the Medinas in Fez and Marrakesh. We loved the food everywhere - the Tajines in Morocco and the tapas and fish in Spain.
Our guides were very knowledgeable people, who obviously loved the places they were introducing us to, and we appreciated their enthusiasm.
We visited a winery - the Bodegas Bentomiz - near Nerja and stayed for a superb lunch, prepared by the owner of the winery. The wine produced there was also excellent.
We were particularly impressed with our small hotel near Ronda. It's located on a hillside with wonderful views; the owners are very hospitable and the chefs in their restaurant were exceptional. We'd stay there again in a minute.
Our trip took just over 2 weeks and we covered a lot of territory - Fez and Marrakesh in Morocco; Malaga (Nerja), Granada, Ronda, Sevilla in Spain, and then Lisbon. I think perhaps it would have been better to stay a little longer in one place and do more local visiting. Still, we did enjoy the places we saw and it gave us a taste for places we might want to return to for more extended visits.
There were also times on our visits to the Medinas in Fez and Marrakesh when we felt under pressure to buy merchandise in shops our guide took us to. He would introduce us and then leave for awhile and we would get the hard sell from the merchant. It was, at times, uncomfortable, since we weren't really there to buy a lot of goods.
