I was pleased with this travel agency and would recommend them. The itinerary that this agency came up with was very good. I appreciate the flexibility in changing the itinerary a couple of times. In general, I think we got good value, but I was not comfortable with the way the pricing was established.
The accommodations and location in Madrid was great. We were able to walk everywhere. I know the location in Barcelona was changed because we decided to spend more time there and the hotel was changed. The hotel in Barcelona was a nice hotel, but it was a little too far away to walk everywhere. We were not happy with the location.
All of the tours were good. We did have trouble with the Wine Tour in Barcelona where we were directed to go to the wrong location. Fortunately, we were able to get to the right location on time.
One other minor issue was that the driver was given directions to pick us up at the wrong hotel in Barcelona. He was directed to go the hotel that we that was originally booked.
Our travel specialist was always very responsive when I had a question.
The entire trip was memorable and enjoyable. I particularly liked the bike tour through Barcelona. The guide was outstanding and we got to see some areas we normally wouldn't have seen. The private tour of Toledo was also very nice. We also loved the wine and cava tour.
Not a lot except for booking a hotel in Barcelona closer to the beach area. We could have booked one more day in Barcelona for a relaxing beach day and perhaps one less day in Madrid. I feel like we say everything we wanted to see in both locations.

I would like to thank you so much for your kind words and your very positive comments with regards to your recent trip to Spain. I am so sorry about the issues you have mentioned in your review and have investigated what happened. After some research, we have detected a very strange bug in our system that caused both mistakes.
We have been working very hard in our system to have almost every process monitored automatically. It means that each time we make a change in a certain booking, it get automatically refreshed everywhere. For example, when we have a hotel changed, the system automatically detects that change and informs the concerned services, like transfers or guides for pick ups. In this case, its quite a rare situation, because the system did not send the email with the changes to our transportation vendor. Our IT manager is reviewing the whole process to identify what caused the bug.
Similarly, we have noticed the voucher for the Cava excursion showed a different address in your case, which is even more strange to us: this is one particular excursion we are using almost everyday and till today with no issues in the address remarks.
Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenient. I have learnt that you did not show up at the place we wanted to invite you to some cava and oysters, so maybe we could at least pay for the transportation you used to get from one place to the other? That would make us feel a bit better :)
