Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We absolutely loved our trip, and would definitely recommend this travel company to the others.
They quickly understood what we wanted, and planned such a trip with only few iterations needed. Having to make much less decisions, and not to deal with micro-optimization made us very happy.
Trip was very complex (6 hotels, private tours every days, transfers etc.), but everything - every detail - went super smoothly. We could even do last second adjustments during the trip, and the company was very understanding and responsive.
We've got great recommendations for restaurants, and help with all the reservations.
Again, we have been very impressed with the company, and would use it again, when we travel in Spain/Portugal.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The boutique hotel in Algarve: great views and best food - a very relaxing stop in our busy schedule
Pintxos in San Sebastian - our food heaven. Tapas in Seville, Granada, Lisbon are also very good. And Pata Negra...
Alhambra (both inside and outside) and Sintra (including traveling around) - just beautiful
Flamenco in Seville (we also were lucky with extremely powerful and emotional performance)
Private tours (food, daily, attractions) - nice to be taken care of, and have a person to ask all sorts of questions

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not much. Maybe just:

Skip Michelin star restaurants in San Sebastian, and do just pintxos. Pintxos in San Sebastian are already of Michelin star quality (both presentation and food), and experience is more unique. We did two nights of pintxos and 1 night in a restaurant. Next time I would do pintxos all the 3 nights.
More days in Portugal to drive around (especially in Algarve). But with our tight schedule, probably, we would only take one day from Seville and add 1 more day to Algarve.
