I was frustrated by some of the choices made by the tour company. To the point when we rented the car, they took great care of us. But after we picked up the car, we were left to fend for ourselves when it came to locating hotels and tours, which wasn't always easy. At the end of the trip in Sevilla, we had paid for the car for 3 additional days but had to pay to park it as well. And our last night was in an absurdly expensive airport hotel that was picked (as far as I could tell) because it came up first in a Google search for Madrid airport hotel. Also, it was very difficult to communicate with the tour company when we were on the trip.
Granada definitely stands out. The scenery, the vibe of the town, the super nice people. It was just great. The olive oil tour there was outstanding.
I would spend more time in Granada and more time on the beach.

- Regarding location of hotels with your rental car: unfortunately we cannot do more than giving you the exact address of each vendor for you to locate the places. As you would be driving yourself, we cannot know when you could arrive in a particular hotel. Probably you noticed the difference compared to our private transfers, where you are driven to your hotel, but they are completely different services
- Regarding parking in Sevilla: Yes, when you have a rental car you need to pay also the parking fees, that is why we advise to drop off the car as soon as you enter the main cities and not to keep it until the last day of stay.
- Final hotel in Madrid: in fact, the Hilton airport is a very good hotel, but our contracted rates are very convenient and affordable, so really a good value for money. In our opinion, it is the best way to stay in Madrid the last night and arrive next day at the airport with the free airport shuttle without early wake ups. I am sorry you did not think the same
- Difficult to communicate with our office during the trip: well, our lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 am to 0800 pm. Out of these timings, travelers can reach the 24 hr telephone service, listed in all vouchers and travel documents handed. This number is in fact my own cell phone, which I never switch off.
