Excellent service and recommendations for most of the transfers, drivers, tours, activities and hotels. A couple of hotels left a lot to be desired, while one exceeded expectations. Dining recommendations were a bit touristy. Itinerary changes were handled very well and graciously at almost any time.
Tuscany/Umbria was fabulous. Great everything - food, wine, tours, views, drives, cooking class, winery tours, accommodations. Best part of Italy to see and experience.
Would not stay in Positano which was beautiful but too crowded and hard to navigate or walk. Better to stay in Sorrento and just take a one day drive to see the coast and stop in some key spots. Easier to get to Capri from Sorrento as well if you desire to do that. Sorrento was much easier to navigate, dine, etc.
We went to Venice only to recover from jet lag. Its the type of place you want to see for a couple of days once and then never return. Dirty, smelly, lousy food, tourists everywhere. I had been there, but wife had never seen it so we basically got off the plane and stayed for a few days to get time zone adjusted. Would never go back.
