My wife and I were overall disappointed with the services of our travel agency. We felt we overpaid for this trip based on the hotel accommodations provided and experiences booked for us. Unfortunately, we felt that this travel agency provided no transparency with regard to how our budget was allocated, as the math clearly didn't add up. We were not impressed with the hotels chosen and this really spoiled part of the experience. We felt that the "concierge" or "boutique" services for which they claimed to provide, were not above and beyond any other standard travel agencies that we have experienced in the past.
I do believe that they had good intentions, however we did not feel we got the best experience for the money paid. I will say, that they were very responsive by email and phone when needed. Despite not loving our accommodations, the transfers were set up appropriately and we did not have trouble moving from city to city.
We still managed to have a wonderful time and a good trip. Unfortunately, this required spending a lot of extra money outside the budget given to this particular travel agency.
I would not use the services of this travel agency.

As you opted to continue working with us, we put our heart and soul into making this trip what you desired, and we are so disappointed to hear that you feel we missed the mark.
