Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our trip to Italy was absolutely wonderful. Having personal drivers escort us to/from hotels, tours, trains, etc. was fantastic and everyone was on time. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and spoke English well. And our hotels were great as well. We had a couple of small snafus but if we had unlocked our phones prior to the trip and were able to use the SIM card provided, I'm sure the issues would've been resolved.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Of course, all of the main attractions were great. However, we loved our day trip to Tuscany, especially Civita di Bagnoregio and Siena. We also got some great tips from our tour guides.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would've spent more time in Tuscany and less time in Positano. We also would've booked a few more recommended tours/activities provided by the travel company.
