There were just too many glitches to be happy about all aspects of this trip. On arrival in Chile were were met promptly by the guide and driver and taken to the hotel for an early check in. The rooms were not available and we were told we were late because we were supposed to be there the night before. I don’t like paying for a room when I am not there.
Later that day our guide took us to a place to eat and said she has money for our lunch. We ordered and then she said we would have to pay for it. I don’t mind paying but I minded thatWe went to a winery the next day. It was a beautiful place but we were in a room that was lesser than we paid for, and was damp and dingy. The odor was awful and they changed our room to a much better oneWhen we were in Puerto Natales we were in a room that was small and the handle in the shower feel off as I was in there. That room was changed also.
We had paid for a private driver to take us from Puerto Natales to El Califate. When we got to Puerto Natales they gave us a bus ticket. This was truly upsetting and it was the weekend so nobody could help us. This was finally taken care of but too much aggravation for us.
Finally in Buenos Aires we paid for a late checkout, but the hotel did not seem to know. It took us a long time to straighten this out.
We saw beautiful sites and the activity level was perfect. There were too many other problems for me to give them a higher rating.
Not use this travel company. Also I would not go to Puerto Natales but go right to El Califate for an extra day and spend an extra day in Santiago.

We know that upon arrival in Santiago there was just 1 room ready for you, and the other one was ready a little bit later, we are sorry about this, as the early check-in was correctly requested, confirmed and secured with the downpayment. We have followed up with the hotel, and it seems that they registered your arrival on the previous day, and not as early check-in. Again we apologize for that.Regarding lunch, yes the restaurant was suddenly closed, due to a big fire, and passengers are taking to a local restaurant in Puerto Natales instead, as we had complained regarding this plan b for this tour, we took out the lunch leaving that at leisure: we are sorry about not being clear enough on our last-minute communication about this, and you may have received a refund for this lunch into your Paypal account, as well as Terry.
Regarding the transfer from Puerto Natales to El Calafate, which was correctly provided in a private van, we hope you enjoyed the ride. The local supplier handed in bus tickets for other clients by error, but your service was correctly confirmed and provided. Finally, your hotel in Buenos Aires did have your late check out also requested and confirmed, secured with the corresponding downpayment. Again, thank you for traveling with us and your review.
