Nazca Lines overflight and Easter Island visit wonderful.
Delayed flights and bad air connections and general unhelpfulness by the in country airline was extremely painful. There was no way we could have connected with our Easter Island flight in Santiago even if we had been on time from Lima. This travel company needs to plan a longer connection time. And please advise other travelers that after going through Chile's immigration, another immigration form is necessary for Easter Island. The in country airline has it but only if you know to ask for it at the ticket counter.
Pick ups and transfers all on time with personable agents.
The hotel, Paracas, Peru was lovely with good food and a beautiful little museum (but still waiting for postcards mailed from the front desk 3 weeks ago.) We even enjoyed the not too severe 5.6 earthquake at midnight!

Easter Island sites fantastic, great local guide, everything we could have hoped for.
Not used the in country airline for flights from Lima to Santiago! And what a miserable airport with totally unhelpful personnel.
The travel agency would not accommodate us on the early 9:00 AM Nazca Lines flight as we had requested from Zicasso often and from the very beginning. So the noon flight light was too bright and it made for a very long day with the 5 hour bus ride back to Lima. (By the way, the bus ride back did NOT include the promised snack, drink, pillow, or blanket.)

The delayed in country airline flight out of Lima is something that we could have not foreseen. The flight had a connection time of 1h50m in Santiago, which is more than enough to make the connection successfully. The airline recommends 1-hour to make this connection. It is worth noting that the client specifically requested these flights. Upon news of this delay, we successfully re-scheduled the trip without any additional cost to the client.
For the Nazca flights, as mentioned during the booking process, we are unable to request an exact flight time from the operator, as the departure time is designated on the day of the flight. The departure time is based on weather conditions and the loading of the aircraft. We did, however, pass on the early flight request to the operator.
For your bus ride from Paracas to Lima, we are unsure why you didn’t receive a pillow, blanket or snack, so I shall instruct our quality team to investigate this with the operator. In the past we have found them to be a very reliable operator, offering a good quality service.
I hope that your postcard arrives soon! I am still waiting on a parcel sent from the UK, some 6-months ago (I don’t hold out much hope).
