I was planning a very complicated trip to Jordan, Turkey, and Israel, which had to be organized around business activities and using frequent flyer miles. What does this mean? I changed my itinerary a bazillion times! This travel agency was completely flexible, professional, understanding and without issue adjusted each time. They also answered a ton of questions and researched the things I wanted to know.I'm going to be frank, my vacations are top notch, I spend a ton, and I don't like any drama...period.I get a private driver and tour guides to do what I want, learn what I want, for however long I want, and to support me to enjoy a country for its beauty, culture, people, art, architecture, etc. This company organized a FANTASTIC VACATION! Absolutely EVERYTHING was handled for me completely seamlessly. I seriously had to do none of the stressful things and never felt more pampered and safe. The team in Jordan was fantastic! Each local guide was incredibly educated, friendly, fun, funny, and a real delight. My driver was with me the entire time and was always smiling, warm, and wonderful. I felt like I was traveling with a friend. We laughed and had a great time. When traveling alone as a woman, one worries about safety, companionship, and things being overwhelming when one has to take care of everything.I cannot express enough how this company did everything for me in Jordan. I could NOT have asked for more from them and the team in Jordan. Here are some highlights:1. Before passport control, I was grabbed and all passport processing and paperwork was handled. I stood there while the conversation was conducted in Arabic. I walked in within seconds with visa processes.Yes....in seconds2. My driver zipped up within a minute. No waiting crazy times for your driver to arrive.3. I was processed at each hotel by handing over my passport and sitting down. No lines, no drama, and no issues.4. The one time I didn't want to sleep in a twin bed, the driver handled everything and within minutes I had a room with a king size bed.5. Cold water always...no hunting for a store to buy water.6. Introductions to guides the night before. No concerns who I was meeting. I knew. I could ask questions AND all of them would meet me at the times I wanted including 6:30 a.m.7. The guides went at my pace post foot surgery. No issues to stop when I needed it.8. NEVER experienced a bus of 60 folks fighting for the view or to take a pic.9. The one time I needed a pharmacist, we stopped everything and got what I needed before we started. No googling, hunting, freaking out, getting upset, not finding what I needed....none of it. My needs were translated and in seconds I got what I needed and we were back on track.10. Leaving the country, I was greated and handed over my passport and luggage. I was completely processed all the way through security.Jewish woman in Jordan hiking remotely alone???
