Made very good recommendations on cities, sights, and hotels. found very good tour guides. Our guide was very good in Dubrovnik. The rating would have been five stars had it not ben for a few glitches. In Hvar, the driver was not there to meet us at the ferry. the details provided for the blue lagoon tour were incorrect, causing Laurie to almost miss the boat. Other details were wrong, the pick up place for the Hvar walking tour. Just FYI, for the buggy ride in Dubrovnik, we were given a vehicle that was ready to be "retired." WE floored it continuously and could not keep up. The guy admitted that it was substandard, buggy #23. I would look into that.
All of the walking tours and guides, all of the hotels. Even with the limitations of the vehicle, the buggy ride is a cool thing to do. The Park was magnificent.
More time in Hvar, less in Split (I've seen a lot of ruins). An extra night in Zagreb. Probably would not do the day trip to Montenegro.

We appreciate Trish bringing to our attention these minor issues from what was an otherwise five star experience and we will certainly use this to help make improvements in the future.
For the Hvar ferry pick up this was a simple misunderstanding. On the itinerary we provided we indicated that the driver would meet them at he nearby bus station but this was misinterpreted by the client. Wealso instructed the client to contact us if they had any issues and since they had the local phone we provide every client, they were able to reach us immediately and the driver was then able to find them within a couple minutes so very little time was wasted here.
For the blue lagoon tour, after rechecking the information provided it appears they were all correct in terms of the address and meeting point, we even provided a map of the area. However our staff called the provider to wait for the clients as we knew they were on their way and although they came late they still made it on the tourfortunately.
The same goes for the Hvar walking tour as we re-checked and their itinerary indicated correctly a meeting in front of the Cathedral in the main square. As far as we were told from our tour guide, the tour was conducted without any delay. Either way, we will make sure to clarify the instructions for the tour meeting points better so that things go even smoother.
We have passed on the comments regarding the buggy in Dubrovnik to our partner as our local staff was not alerted during the trip, so they could not act accordingly to rectify the situation.
It is important to note that when planning Trish's trip we made recommendations about the number of nights to spend in each location and that included more time in Hvar. However, she decided on two nights each in Hvar and Split. We can only go so far in making suggestions and we always provide the flexibility tomeet the client’s request.
