Very professional. Staff were friendly especially one of the travel guides in Santiago. Also, in this lovely city, we met a really hot hotel receptionest.
All the natural wonders that we saw such as thr glaciers and waterfall at Iguazu. Also the very clean hotel rooms were a welcoming sight.
Extra day in Santiago. Probably would fly to places rather than take a long car ride.As a suggestion, the itinerary had USD listed for entry fees. It should be noted that most entry fees to parks only accept local currency and not USD which became a problem for us. Also the prices listed were not always up to date depending on low season and high season.
TRAVEL COMPANY COMMENTS:
Thank you for your review and the feedback. I'm very glad that you enjoyed your trip so much. Santiago is a lovely city. I agree with you that you could stay longer and discover all the corners of this wonderful town.
Car rides could be a little bit longer to get to Torres del Paine indeed, but this is the only way to get to this amazing National Park. There are no flights arriving to the Park, because they try to protect as much as possible the pristine lakes and the animals environment. That's why you need to fly to Puerto Natales or Punta Arenas and then take a transfer to the Park (1 1/2 hours and 3 hours).
Thanks for your comments regarding the Entrances to the National Parks. We have already added this information to all of our itineraries.
