Spain was beautiful, I don't think I would use the same travel agent the next time we visit. When my wife and I started working with the travel agent she was helpful but argumentative when my wife would tell her what she wanted. I specifically asked that all our hotels be at least 4 star and that was not the case. When the travel agent called to address our problem, she blamed me for the issue with the hotel. I didn't let that put a damper on our honeymoon, we found another hotel even knowing that I would not get my money back for the hotel that had been booked. We still had a wonderful time. The tour guides that were booked for us were excellent!
Mallorca was very enjoyable, wish we could have stayed longer. Barcelona was fantastic and our tour guide went above and beyond her tour guide duties.
Be more issistant about what we want in hotels and accommodations.

Regarding your comments, I would like to point out that this is the first 3-star review that we have received since we became a partner of Zicasso over 2 years ago. I'm really shocked and sad that you felt I was argumentative when I am always praised for listening to our customers’ requirements and for being very empathetic. I don’t think it was different in your case. However, you came to me with pre-established ideas which were not the best options in my opinion, and, as a good professional and as per my local knowledge, I felt I should offer some guidance and experience. I'm sorry if this came across argumentative; my comments were always done with the aim of providing you with the best experience and making your honeymoon a memorable one.
After my suggestions, you still decided to go on with certain things such as the hotel in a remote area in Andalucia. And I have to say that this was the ONLY 3-star hotel that you had. All the other hotels were 4-star.
You left the hotel in Mallorca because you didn’t like it, but it was a boutique 4-star hotel centrally located in the capital city that all our customers love. In fact, yours was the first complaint that we have ever received about this hotel. You decided to leave for another seaside resort, again in a remote area. Probably when you arrived, you just realized that you would have preferred a seaside hotel. As I always do in Mallorca, I gave you the opportunity to choose among a hotel in the city, a seaside resort and a boutique hotel in the countryside/mountain. You mentioned that you wanted a hotel in the city center so this is what we booked for you. In fact, initially you had chosen a hotel which was not as charming as the one that we gave you but which suited your budget. And since we wanted you to have a more special stay because it was your honeymoon, we did our best in order to upgrade you to a better hotel that you accepted.
It seems that you enjoyed your hotel in Barcelona and I'm happy to hear once more that our guides were excellent. Believe me when I say that we work for achieving excellence in all the items of a trip. So, I'm sorry for your bad experience in the hotel in Mallorca. Fortunately, it seems to be the only thing that went wrong in your trip.
