Overall, a spectacular trip. We loved the itineraries that were proposed to us. The guides were knowledgeable and mostly good at reading body language/knowing when we'd have enough for one day. We always felt our comfort and happiness was of primary focus to our guide. The one exception would be our guide in Cambodia, who became a little pushy about taking us to a gallery. When we said we'd had enough for one day, he appealed to emotions and told us he needed us to spend 15 minutes looking around so he could be entered into a lottery for a motorbike. I know guides get kickbacks/incentives to take people to galleries, etc., and am fine with that, but he pushed even after we said "no." We agreed to go to a gallery on the way to the airport the next day, but only as a compromise to keep the peace.
There were only two things along the way: one, I wish I had been steered away from Pak Ou Caves (our agent mentioned he thought they were "touristy," but I didn't realize how unspectacular they would be, particularly after seeing Pindaya Caves in Myanmar). We stayed at a crappy backpacker's place in order to make this happen and it simply wasn't worth staying in a place like that in order to see it; and two, we noted that there was an earlier flight Siem Reap - Luang Prabang and would have liked to have been on the earlier flight, as it was wasted time waiting around the airport that morning.
Myanmar was a real highlight and we could easily have just done 10 days in Myanmar, or coupled this with a few days in Luang Prabang at the end, but in hindsight, three countries were at least one too many for this short of a trip. Ah, the benefit of hindsight!
I would use your company again for future trips.

Bagan and Inle Lake, Pindaya Caves, Angkor Thom, the hotels, special lunch on Inle at the house to which a special lunch was brought and prepared, and the monks and blessing in Luang Prabang.
Cut it down (if we had the same amount of time), to focus/have less to-and-fro-ing. We tried to take on too much in retrospect. I might just go to Myanmar for 10 days, or cut one country out of the mix. I would have liked to have a couple of relaxed days on our own in LP.
