Overall we loved croatia and the spots that the travel company recommended. I liked how they gave us a local cell phone and we were always in touch with a person on the ground. What I think they can improve on is the material they offer their clients up front. I became discouraged when I have to repeatedly ask for a complete and detailed itinerary before our trip. This lack of detail and service is something they need to improve on. The owner seems very nice but he has to make sure he is more involved in the day to day details of his clients trips and to make sure the people working for him are up to his caliber.
I think going with a local agencies - is very very important! This tour company was not local and there was a difference.

I have to disagree with the feedback from Laure as I think they were more than prepared for their trip. We have 2 documents that we send every client in advance of their trip which is full of details. This client was a true exception because after we sent this information she requested a call with our local representative in Croatia who on 2 different occasions spent one hour each time with her on the phone. During each call they discussed the trip and answered her questions, many of which were already answered in the information we sent. It was as though she did not even read the information provided even though she confirmed it had been received.
