My wife, Judy and I, cannot imagine a more professional and courteous travel agency than this Peru travel company. Every guide, driver, and briefer were where they were supposed to be when we showed up; that includes people at airports, hotels, restaurants, and Inca Trail check point. To a man and woman, they were knowledgeable of their country and were patient beyond all expectations.
I would like to offer special accolades to Rueben (our guide on the Inca Trail) and Nieves (in Lima).
I especially enjoyed our horseback ride down the mountain from Camp # 1 on the Inca Trail. My wife enjoyed the walk up the mountain and the dinner at La Rosa Nautica, our last night in the country.
I would take the one day hike up the mountain to Machu Picchu, and spend 3 days in Cusco before trying it. I simply could not get enough air in my lungs once we went over 11,000 feet. It was a problem as soon as we got to Cusco and we never really recovered even though we took altitude-sickness pills. I think we needed more time to get acclimatized.

"The travel company worked hard to get me the itinerary we wanted for our private tour. The price was reasonable too."
