The company scheduled a late dinner for us the night before our early morning flight out, at a place that was very expensive but turned out to have terrible service. It was one of their signature Madrid items, and it made for a very stressful end to an otherwise wonderful trip.

Regarding your dinner in Madrid - we are very sorry the service that evening was disappointing. We have talked with the owner to understand the reasons and it seems a technical issue at the kitchen made them run slow, we know that at all moment they did their best to grant you the best experience. We have been recommending this place for a long time and the service is great, they own a Michelin star and service is one of the things they value.
We like to learn from the constructive criticism that is why, even if we send the detailed travel schedule with all timetables in advance, we will make sure our travelers are comfortable with the late dinner reservations.
We know that getting used to the eating schedules in Spain can be sometimes challenging.
