I liked our itinerary and would not do much differently. If anything, I would add a day or two so things would not be rushed. I would make sure that I could visit the Injalak Art Center in Arrhemland.

We are very disappointed to hear of your less than exemplary experience while traveling with us to Australia. We always strive to offer each client the best possible experience and we take all feedback, whether positive or negative very seriously. We believe our average 4.9 out of 5 stars rating from Zicasso travelers speaks for itself, so it’s of great concern that your isolated experience was not at all in line with the positive experiences other travelers have with us.
We usually mail out each client’s final travel documents 3 weeks prior to departure, however due to the combination of a long holiday weekend in Australia and a change that you requested (booking your own rental car vs. the airport transfers and car rental we included), final confirmation did not occur until 10 days prior to your departure, at which time we express mailed your documents to you. Our suppliers provided us with information, such as their opening hours, directions for self-driving, etc., which we passed on to you. It’s now apparent that some of these were incorrect and we have already communicated this to them to ensure that the correct information is given to us in the future.
I’m sorry that you feel as though you were not treated as a priority client because you only booked some of your services through us – we strive to treat every client with the utmost care and consideration and we apparently fell short of this expectation. We always try to offer the best service we can. For example, when you informed us that you wanted to rent a car yourself and cancel the car rental and airport transfers we had already booked for you, we refunded you the value of those cancelled components, even though it was too late for us to obtain a refund ourselves from our suppliers. When you expressed your disappointment with your day tour to Arnhemland, we immediately sent you a 50% refund of the cost of that particular tour. These are just a couple of examples of what we do behind the scenes to make things right for our clients when things change or do not go as planned.
Despite your 3-star review, I’m very glad that we had the opportunity to assist you in planning this trip and I thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention so that we may learn from it. I sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity, perhaps traveling to one of our other destinations, so that we may show you what a 5-star experience with us is like.
