It is very important for me that my clients are fully satisfied about our services and hotels. We always make sure that everything goes smoothly and keep constantly in touch with our suppliers to make this happen.
I have been cooperating with Mastrojanni Winery for several years and begun a cooperation also with their new Relais that opened a few years ago. I never had any problem before.
I did not know that the Restaurant is closed one day per week, but the Reservation department has communicated this to us upon confirmation. It had never happened before the pandemic and I believe this must be a temporary decision.
It is our fault because we did not read carefully the two pages of your confirmation.
I confirm that the Wine Sampling was included in the Welcome Dinner we offered you. Mastrojanni apologized and explained that there was is an internal lack of communication between the Reception and the Restaurant (maybe because of the event that was taking place – this is my opinion). Mastrojanni has refunded you the cost of the Bottle of Brunello and DG Platinum has immediately refunded you 100€. The refund will be on your card probably by the end of this week.
