The company was amazing- we changed our trip quite a lot before finally deciding, and our agent could not have been more helpful, professional, and sweet throughout the entire process. The trip was beyond a success and I would recommend the company/countries to everyone!
I think the most enjoyable parts of the trip were seeing the places we visited as tourists when we liked, and as locals when we wanted to, too. This way we really got to know the cultures and cities in the time we were in each city. Riding elephants in Chiang Mai, seeing the most beautiful temples in Siem Riep, and exploring all of Bali, along with getting to know both Buddhist and Hindu cultures were definitely our favorite parts of the trip. The food was also spectacular everywhere, and the people are truly the friendliest and most welcoming/warm people in the world.
I think i would plan more things to do in Bangkok before arriving, as well as maybe skipping one of the more casual dinners in Chiang Mai and choose from some of the many exquisite options. I would have also woken up earlier (as our guide had originally suggested) in Bangkok to go see temples as they became quite packed/hot throughout the day! In Cambodia, I think we would have also skipped the boat trip to the fishermen village.
I think a trip to Phuket/Koh Samui would have also been really enjoyable, and perhaps skipping Bangkok to travel to these islands would be a good idea for someone else as Bangkok is a beautiful city (probably the nicest/cleanest big city I've seen), but more for a business rather than vacation spot.
