We had a great trip. I was not overly impressed with the travel company, I know that I was late planning and booking my trip but I thought that my agent had too many clients to handle at a busy time of year and often took days to respond which resulted in losing some reservations.
Diving in Port Douglas, New Years Eve in Sydney, Routeburn hike in Queenstown.
No train across New Zealand, no Doubtful Sound, Phillips Island but not the rest of the tour we did that day.

I am dismayed you were not satisfied with your booking experience with our company or that your emails were not answered in a timely manner. Kerrie, the consultant you dealt with, is based in Australia and as such was working with a 16 hour time difference and I am sure that likely was a factor. As you booked your trip 6 weeks in advance and deposited for your ground arrangements one month in advance for travel in peak season, it is to be expected that some services will be unavailable over this time period. The Christmas/New Years time is extremely busy in Australia and many of the tours we recommend, which mainly operate in small groups, are booked out months in advance for these dates. I do understand your disappointment and trust that the alternative tour we confirmed you on for that particular day was enjoyable.
